Extended 5 year warranty for lift & rise recliners
You can extend this guarantee on your new recliner with our 5 Year Extended Warranty, which will offer you the most comprehensive cover available and protect you against accidental damage, staining and structural defects.
In conjunction with Staingard & Homeserve Furniture Repairs Ltd, Hammond Hill Limited are offering this cover for just £60.00 per recliner/seat.
This cover includes common problems such as –
* Stains from food & drinks, acids, corrosives, bleach, dyes and paints.
* Structural damage and issues such as excessive loss of resilience to cushion interiors, seam and stitching problems, lifting and peeling of leather.
* Breakages to mechanical components, both electric and manual.
* Dye transfer, including that from denim, throws and hair to both leather and fabric upholstery.
* Pet damage.

5 Year Extended Warranty Delivery
Depending on where you live, delivery of this 5 Year Extended Warranty will be made by either our in house delivery team or our one of our specialist couriers. You will be advised which method is being used when we arrange delivery.
Within three working days of placing an order, you will receive an email which will give you an approximate delivery date. Once your goods have been received from the manufacturer and dispatched by us, you will receive a further email update. Should you require any further information regarding delivery status, please email us at email@example.com . We respond to all emails within 48 hours although we normally get back to you a lot sooner.
You will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your goods unless you have previously notified us by email that you wish the goods to be left unattended.
We do not accept any liability for damage to a customer’s property by our vehicles, drivers, our agents vehicles, our agents drivers or the goods being delivered. If you do not accept this condition please arrange to meet our driver at the boundary of your property to accept the goods. Any claims for damage to customer’s property will not be accepted. Please note, our delivery service is to ground floor only unless you have previously advised us differently and we have noted this on your Order Confirmation / Invoice.
Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery before signing the couriers’ paperwork. No claims with regard to damage / incorrect / missing items will be accepted after the courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged / incorrect / missing items on the couriers paperwork.
We will do our best to ensure that your 5 Year Extended Warranty is delivered on the date agreed. There are times however when this is simply not possible due to unforeseen obstacles encountered by our drivers, whilst attempting to deliver the order. If the customer is not available when we attempt delivery we will return the goods to our warehouse and a new delivery date will need to be arranged.
