"I would like to say how pleased we are with the cormar carpet you delivered just before Christmas. I was a little concerned about ordering such a large item from the internet but I have to say there were no problems whatsoever! All the people we spoke to at Hammond Hill were helpful and friendly and the carpet was delivered on time . The delivery driver brought the carpet into the house with a little difficulty but he was more than helpful. The carpet looks great and price was great too!I would have no hesitation in recommending Hammond Hill to anyone. "

"I took delivery yesterday of my Brintons Finepoint Rubens flame Carpet.
I was waiting for this with some trepidation having found you on the internet at a price that was significantly cheaper than anyone else. I should not have been worried.
Your customer services from the point of order through to the day of delivery were excellent. On the day I was told it would arrive by late morning. With my carpet fitter standing here, cup of coffee in hand at 1.00pm I rang and was told you would arrive at 1.45pm and this is exactly what you did, on the dot!
The carpet is wonderful and there are no huge holes in the middle that I was expecting to justify the lower price.
I am absolutely delighted and would have no hesitation in not only using you again myself but would be happy to recommend to all my friends that they do the same.
In a very tired retail world where the customer is usually a pain in the backside and absolutely everything is too much trouble, I can honestly say that Hammond Hill stand out far above the crowd. Thankyou"

I thought I would let you know that everything went well today. The carpet fitters (Rick and Steve) arrived just before 8.30 am and worked very hard through out the day. They were very thorough and the quality of their work throughout was exemplary. They had no problem in assisting me to move the small amount of furniture from the bedrooms and they were pleasant/good humoured throughout. I have to say that I am very pleased with the end result.

Overall, my experience of my dealings with Hammond Hill exceeded my expectations and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend the company to others who were looking to purchase carpet. The company's website is surpurb.

I would also like to thank you. Your planning service (amid all my building works) was first class and it wasn't until today that I realised all the detailed work you had undertaken to support your quote etc. Clearly these plans assisted the carpet fitters in laying the carpets. It was also most impressive that much of the carpet had been pre-cut beforehand making their job much easier.

Your quote was very impressive and competitive when compared to my other quotation of some £600 more.
