Delivery

We pride ourselves on offering a fast, efficient and specialised delivery service. Unlike most other companies we do not use couriers. Our deliveries are made on our own vehicles using our own highly trained staff.

We are able to narrow delivery times down to am or pm and upon request, can ask the driver to call you an hour before they arrive. This can avoid having to take a day off work or waiting in all day.

Delivery costs if applicable with be calculated at the check-out. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and UK shipping ports. A surcharge may apply to some parts of Scotland regardless of value. Please call us to prior to ordering should you live in any of the following post codes - KW, IV, AB & PH. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date.

You will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your goods unless you have previously notified us by email that you wish the goods to be left unattended.

Whilst every care is taken when delivering, if you ask us to bring the furniture into your home, we take no resonsibility for any damage that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to marking door frames, floors and walls. It is advisable that you protect your flooring and carpets with suitable coverings.

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery before signing the couriers' paperwork. No claims with regard to damage / incorrect items will be accepted after the courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged / incorrect items on the couriers paperwork.
