Hammond Hill only supply brand new, grade A, perfect carpets directly from Brintons.

Beware of companies selling roll ends or remnants. In the majority of cases these will be imperfect or damaged and regardless of what the seller tells you, you will have no guarantee from Brintons.
Every carpet we sell online is registered with Brintons to ensure the highest levels of after sales support.

It is important that your new Brintons Carpet is fitted correctly. It is always best to use a fitter that has been recommended to you but if that is not the case, please ensure that they are suitably qualified. We take our role of a Brintons Platinum Dealership very seriously. When we send out your order confirmation, we will enclose a 'Fitter Check List' for you to complete. This will give us the opportunity to check whether the fitter you have chosen is suitably qualified to fit Brintons Carpet.

Never buy a Brintons Carpet from anyone other than a Recommended / Authorised Brintons supplier. This includes avoiding purchasing from a carpet fitter. You will most certainly invalidate your warranty as well as finding it extremely difficult to get accurate and reliable advice.

All Brintons carpets supplied by Hammond Hill Limited, must be fitted in accordance with BS5325 and the Contract Flooring Association manual for installation of textile flooring. Failure to comply with this directive may invalidate the carpets warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
